Greater Nashville Pool Management was founded by The Pool Management Group executive leadership team in 2004.

Chris Hess
President and General Manager
Chris has spent the last 13 years running companies that rely on staffs of young adults. He Graduated from The Ohio State University in 2000 with a Management and Communication Degree. He worked in Columbus, Ohio for our Partner Company, Columbus Pool Management and in January 2009 moved to Nashville where he has enjoyed success as the President and General Manager of Greater Nashville Pool Management.
Chris is a National Swimming Foundation Certified Pool Operator and an Association of Pool and Spa Professionals endorsed Certified Service Technician.
He enjoys this opportunity to continue working with young adults in developing their career-building skills. Chris, and his family reside in Brentwood.
